Emco Wheaton Posi-Lock AdBlue System: spill-free and auto shut-off transfer

Based on the widely used Posi-Lock diesel refueling system it offers the same no- spill features. With it’s unique interface, the risk of cross-contamination is eliminated, along with the chance of costly repairs and interruptions to traffic flows

• Ideally suited to return to base refueled vehicles like buses, both diesel and hybrid
• Readily adapted to outboard AdBlue tanks
• Product loss on disconnect virtually eliminated with it’s dry break feature
• Vacuum shut-off feature – meaning the tank is not exposed to any potentially damaging positive pressure
• Capable of flowrates of up to 38 Litres/ min
• ISO 22241 compliant in terms of wetted components
• Pre-set fill level guaranteeing fill consistency
• Easily serviced in the field using the Emco Wheaton Repair Kit Program
