Description

Formerly branded FPP, but now sold under the Fill-Rite banner, these Positive displacement meters are based on the nutating disc operating principle. This is a rugged design for use in non-Custody Transfer applications such as inventory control of refined petroleum products and non-corrosive chemicals. High pressure versions are available in both model sizes, for use in automotive fluid distribution systems, lube trucks and similar service.

Each flow meter is manufactured for a specific liquid category (specify viscosity) and flow tested accordingly

High viscosity oil:

• 5-50,000 cSt – 15 lpm

May be used on diesel, heavy fuel oils,     hydraulic and lubricating oils; also molasses, corn & sugar syrups.

Model TN760A, 1½” (40mm), 2,750 kPa (400 PSI)

High viscosity oil:

• 150-5,000 cSt  – 57 lpm
• 5-50,000 cSt 6 GPM 23 lpm

May be used on diesel, heavy fuel oils, hydraulic and  lubricating oils; also molasses, corn & sugar syrups.

Model TN860A, 1½” (40mm)  1,000 kPa (150 PSI)

Refined fuels,

• 1-10 cSt  –  230 lpm

May be used on aviation fuels, bio diesel, diesel, E1-E15, fuel oil No. 2, gasoline & kerosene. May also be used on fresh water.

With optional Teflon seals suitable for use on E85, ALS, alcohols and solvents (not for halogenated solvent service).
