Solimar Pneumatics offer a family of Silo Fluidizers that promote the discharge of dry products from storage silos, dust collectors, weigh bins and IBC’s. Solimar Fluidizers enable a uniform flow of most dry bulk materials through aeration and hopper wall vibration that helps prevent bridging, rat holing and compacting.

Features

• Aeration – loosens up the product allowing it to flow more easily: minimum back pressure puts air energy where it is need the most – in the silo
• Directional Air Flow – The Fluidizer disk forces air to move along the bin wall freeing up product and assuring good cleanout
• Gentle Vibration – keeps the product flowing and not allowing it to compact or plug
• No Airline Plugging – Disk seals tightly against the silo wall and prevents airline plugging
• Robust Design – will not tear, pick up moisture and is unaffected by temperatures up to 450° F (230° C)
• Install From Outside – Available EZ-In (Easy-In) kits for installation without getting inside the bin or replacing outdated screen pads

Material Compatibility – Multiple disk options, including silicone rubber food grade/FDA approved (blue or white), high temperature (orange), Metal Detectable (grey) & EPDM (black or white).

Mini Silo Fluidize

All the features of our 4-inch diameter fluidizers (above) but in a compact two-inch diameter size. Ideal for tight curvature chambers down to 4-inch diameter (100 mm) to keep product from bridging, rat holing or hanging up in corners.

Fits in pipes. chutes, bins and hoppers giving system engineers and designers more pneumatic conveying options.

Models are available to work with high pressure/low volume compressed air or low pressure/high volume blower air. Ask for engineering assistance to apply this new fluidizer for endless possibilities in material handling.

Available in standard blue or white silicone 350° F (170° C) or High-Temp orange 450°F (233° C) with same robust design. Will not tear or pick up moisture.

Metal Detectable Silo Fluidizer

Assure your products of zero contamination with the new metal detectable fluidizer disk. This is the first and only one of its kind designed for the dairy, pharmaceutical and food related industries.

Solimar Fast-Fit Kit

For OEMs or retrofits, here is another useful way to incorporate the family of Solimar fluidizers into your silo, bin or hopper. Simply drill a two-inch diameter hole, feed the fluidizer disk through from the outside of the silo, attach the remaining pieces and secure with the nut. The food grade stainless steel alignment plate makes positioning easy and the retaining cable assists installation. Just another tool Solimar provides to assist in the flow of your dry bulk materials by preventing bridging, rat holing and compacting while keeping personnel outside the bin, hopper or silo. Directional air flow forces air along bin wall, Gentle vibration keeps product flowing – No airline plugging – Patented disks seal tightly – Durable design will not tear.
